According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, modified and completed, the VPS MIX HOSTING has the obligation to manage safely and only for specified purposes the personal data which you offer the clients. The convention on the “Terms and conditions of use of the service of hosting web pages”, sets the conditions in which any person may visit or access the site vpsmix.com times can use in any way the service of hosting or domain registration and has the value of a convention concluded between the VPS MIX HOSTING (referred to as the “supplier”), in his capacity as owner and administrator of the website www.vpsmix.com and by the supplier of the service and any person visiting or accessing the site or who wishes to use in any way or use the actual our services (hereinafter “user or client”). 4. The use of resources

9. Programs running in the Background
We do not allow the use of programs that runs continuously in the background. Allow programs to operate in the background as an extension of the website of the client, but don’t allow the use of programs specifically designed to work in the background.
10. Cron Jobs
We do not allow the running of scripts via cronjobs set at intervals of less than 15 minutes.
11. CGI scripts
CGI scripts can be used by our clients as a part included in the services, but any CGI script specifically developed to adversely affect server performance or network integrity may be shut down without notice.
12. Chat Room
We do not allow the use of Chat rooms to each client on our servers due to special requirements of these programs.
13. Installation of additional services
If the script that you want to use other software programs require activation on the server, vpsmix.com it is not required to install those programs, unless they consider that their activation would adversely affect the stability or security of the server. Any request for account upgrade ( space / traffic / other package ) is made by email or support ticket at least 24 hours before the change. 14. Notices and announcements

15. Payment terms and billing
The client agrees to pay for our services in advance compared with the period of time in which they are provided. All pro-forma invoices will be sent by email and a version printed will be put at client’s disposal in the control panel. Customers must pay the bill in advance at the beginning of each pay period, within 5 business days from the date of issue of the invoice.
Customers who want the closure of a hosting account or any service achizionta must send a notification by email or fax at least 5 days before the due date, otherwise the invoice issued will be paid for a minimum of one month. Prices shown in Euros are calculated in RON at the BNR + 2 % from the date of the order, according to the legislation all invoices and payments are processed in the ROLE.
